📖 Our Story

The International Photography Festival was born in 2024, with a first edition held along the Ligurian coast, including exhibitions, meetings, workshops and a strong participation of artists and the public.

A shared desire immediately emerged: to transform that experience into something stable, open, and lasting.

This is how, immediately after the festival, the APS International Photography Festival Social Promotion Association was born: a collective, non-partisan, non-profit project dedicated to promoting visual culture in all its forms.

Today the association is active year-round, with photography outings, workshops, and activities that combine photography, illustration, comics, and other contemporary visual languages.

We continue to grow with the same spirit as our origins: making art together, in an accessible, free, and shared way.
